Confidently evaluate client suitability for psycholytic ketamine-assisted therapy through comprehensive screening, case conceptualization, and risk assessment — weighing indications, contraindications, and therapeutic readiness.

Recognize and respond to what surfaces in altered states — dissociation, intellectualization, avoidance, emotional overwhelm, and protector activation — while holding safety, collaboration, and therapeutic attunement.

Facilitate psycholytic sessions in a relational framework
Apply low-dose and titrated protocols to support engagement, emotional processing, and somatic awareness — opening access to attachment wounds, protective strategies, and unconscious patterns. Develop discernment about when psycholytic vs. psychedelic dosing best serves the work.
