Individual Clinician Consultations

The Renewal Process offers individual consultation for clinicians seeking depth, clarity, and support in their therapeutic work. These consultations are designed for practitioners working with complex presentations, trauma, attachment dynamics, and ketamine-assisted therapy (KAT), who want a grounded, relational space to think, reflect, and refine their clinical approach.

Consultation may focus on case conceptualization, protocol considerations, therapeutic presence, ethical decision-making, and integration work. Emphasis is placed on understanding the clinician’s own nervous system, relational patterns, and countertransference as central tools in the work — supporting both clinical effectiveness and sustainability.

Individual clinician consultation is collaborative, thoughtful, and experience-informed, offering support that bridges theory with lived clinical reality. This service is well suited for clinicians seeking mentorship, advanced clinical dialogue, or guidance as they deepen their practice within trauma-informed, relational, and KAT-informed frameworks.

Clinic Consultations

The Renewal Process provides consultation for clinics developing, refining, or expanding ketamine-assisted therapy (KAT) and trauma-informed therapeutic services. This work supports ethical, research-informed programs that are practical, defensible, and aligned with real-world clinical settings.

Consultation includes KAT protocol design and refinement, regulatory and professional guidance, and support with clinical policies, screening, consent, and care pathways. The Renewal Process also supports clinics in shaping relational, client-centred therapeutic services, including preparation and integration models and overall service design.

Ongoing mentorship and consultation are available for clinic teams, supporting case conceptualization, ethical decision-making, nervous-system-informed practice, and team cohesion — helping clinics deliver consistent, high-quality care while continuing to grow.

Design KAT Protocol

The Renewal Process brings extensive experience in designing, implementing, and refining ketamine-assisted therapy (KAT) protocols across a range of clinical settings. This work is grounded in research-informed practice and shaped by real-world clinical experience, supporting clinics in developing protocols that are ethically sound, clinically coherent, and practically sustainable.

Experience spans all primary routes of ketamine administration used in therapeutic contexts, including intramuscular (IM), intravenous (IV), intranasal (IN), and sublingual (SL) delivery. This breadth allows clinics to better understand how different delivery methods influence dosing philosophy, session structure, therapeutic pacing, preparation, and integration processes.

Protocol development is collaborative and attentive to safety, screening, informed consent, team roles, and regulatory context. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all model, The Renewal Process supports the creation of context-specific, research-aligned protocols that reflect each clinic’s scope of practice, values, and patient population — while maintaining clarity, consistency, and ethical integrity.

This work is well suited for clinics seeking to refine existing KAT programs, expand into additional delivery methods, or develop thoughtful, evidence-aligned protocols from the ground up.

Psycholytic Dosing & Relational Depth — 4-Day Training for Clinicians

Go beyond theory — step into a truly transformative therapeutic approach.

This immersive 4-day professional training is designed for mental health clinicians ready to explore the profound therapeutic potential of ketamine-assisted therapy (KAT) with a focus on psycholytic dosing.

Psycholytic ketamine offers clients a unique opportunity: to witness themselves from a mindful, unblended state — often accessing parts of their inner world that have remained hidden beneath layers of trauma, fear, or protection. When held in a strong therapeutic relationship, this kind of access can create powerful openings for healing and re-integration.

This training weaves together evidence-based practices, relational psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic awareness to prepare you to confidently and ethically offer KAT in your own clinical work.

You Will Learn:

  • How to dose psycholytically for therapeutic access — and how to safely utilize psychedelic dosing when clinically appropriate

  • The key differences between psycholytic and psychedelic sessions: indications, intentions, and integration needs

  • How to assess clients for safety, readiness, and appropriateness

  • How to support a co-regulated, relational container during altered states

  • How to pace, track, and deepen the therapeutic process during and after sessions

  • How to create meaningful integration plans rooted in the client’s goals and system

Training Structure:

This training blends theory, case consultation, experiential practice, and interactive discussion across four key domains:
✔ Foundations of KAT & Relational Therapy
✔ Assessment & Ethics in Clinical Application
✔ Holding the KAT Session — Skills & Attunement
✔ Integration & Long-Term Treatment Planning

You’ll leave with a foundational skillset, an ethical framework, and the confidence to begin offering psycholytic KAT under appropriate clinical conditions.

Who This Is For:

Mental health professionals, including counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists, and social workers who:

  • Are curious about psychedelic-assisted therapy

  • Want to deepen trauma-informed care through altered-state modalities

  • Are looking to ethically incorporate ketamine into clinical practice

  • Believe in the power of parts work, relational presence, and somatic healing
