Join us for a restorative evening that blends the power of Conscious Connected Breathwork with the therapeutic benefits of Nordic hydrotherapy — all held within a supportive, trauma-informed environment.

We begin with a 45-minute guided breathwork experience, using intentional breathing, gentle music, drumming, and carefully curated sound to help settle the mind, reconnect with the body, and create space for whatever your nervous system may be ready to experience. Our therapeutic team is present throughout, offering compassionate hands-on support (with consent), grounding, and relational presence should emotions arise.
